Well, well, well! Bugger me!

We have settlement on our block of land, Yippee....

We have only been waiting 4 months, we were originally suppose to have title release in Oct 07. But the developer was running behind schedule. Not to worry, now we have to get the contract signed which should be in the next few days and then go and pick tiles & carpet and paint colours for the inside. Everything outside has already been chosen, it will be the same as the display home.

Let's get the party started..........
