We should be getting our first official, Bill soon. The official deposit in order for the application to council for the building plans, hopefully that should only take about 3 weeks, probably 2 if Easter was not upon us. But by the time we get back from the break, we should be really close to a start date..... Yippeee.....
Our exterior colours for anyone interested will be exactly the same as the display home for which there is a link at the top of this page.
Our interiors colours and designs are yet to be selected, we will do this also when we get back from Easter break.
P.S.... I hope every ones Easter will be as enjoyable as ours and don't forget to keep safe.......

Allo! Thanks for your comments on our blog! The colour selection process was easy for us, as we kept everything standard, so we just chose what we liked from the couple of choices that were available. I'd already picked everything from our manual before the appointment, so it was just a matter of putting it in writing. The only things we didn't choose there were the carpets and tiles; we have to go to the suppliers for that. Rawdon Hill have just built a new Malvern in Cranbourne and their interior colours were exactly what I'd been picturing - dark grey floor tiles with grey grout and dark grey tiles. Walls and ceilings white. So I'll just go to the suppliers and request the same! Our kitchen and bathrooms all have the same cabinetry colours too - dark grey cupboards, white-ish tops. We are going very neutral so we can add colours with furnishings! So good luck with all your choices - it's great fun!!!!!
