We saw land.........

Well, well, well, we finally saw our block of land today for the first time. Although it is a little high the cut in should bring it down a little bit. Pretty happy about seeing it and actually being able to walk around on it though.

Hoping to have titles around the 15th of Feb, we have everything crossed.... But I refuse to hold my breath....

We're are geting closer & closer & closer.... Yay...

Well it's been and gone, but a Happy New Year to one and all....

We have spoken with the estate, Marriott Waters, today and things are looking good. The entrance to the estate will be getting bitumen laid this week, probably towards the end of the week, but the clearance has been given by council. Now council just needs to eyeball the entrance once complete and titles can be released.

The best news I got today was that we can organise for our soil test and sighting for the, cut and or fill, to be scheduled this week. So first thing tomorrow, Nathan at Rawdon Hill will booking that in for as early as possible, hopefully this week, to be done.

Then titles will be released by the end of the month, settlement within 14 days of release and then we can actually get something moving in the forward direction..... Y a y........ Only 3 months late but, Oh Well, what can you do? Nothing but wait......... Fingers crossed......
