We're are geting closer & closer & closer.... Yay...

Well it's been and gone, but a Happy New Year to one and all....

We have spoken with the estate, Marriott Waters, today and things are looking good. The entrance to the estate will be getting bitumen laid this week, probably towards the end of the week, but the clearance has been given by council. Now council just needs to eyeball the entrance once complete and titles can be released.

The best news I got today was that we can organise for our soil test and sighting for the, cut and or fill, to be scheduled this week. So first thing tomorrow, Nathan at Rawdon Hill will booking that in for as early as possible, hopefully this week, to be done.

Then titles will be released by the end of the month, settlement within 14 days of release and then we can actually get something moving in the forward direction..... Y a y........ Only 3 months late but, Oh Well, what can you do? Nothing but wait......... Fingers crossed......

Great news guys. The entrance is starting to look pretty good down there. Not so sure about that brush fencing around the place but .. my opinion only.

Can't wait to start seeing houses being built there ... hopefully by the end of the year we can cut through your estate to get to Thompsons Road!!!!

Looking forward to all the pics when you see your block of land :-))

Not to sure about the brush fencng myself either, but I dare say it will be replaced out of the yearly fees... We actually went out to the block the other day, for the first time ever... I have some pics, just been lazy and have not put them up yet. I really need to pull my finger out....

hey guys,

your house plan looks great!!We are also building in MW. we are in stage 2 and our settlement has been delayed until march/april.

no access to our block yet, so soil tests have to be delayed- you guys in stage 1??

reckon we'll be okay for march/april or is it just what they say? should we start freaking out :(

Hey there Joben, good to see some more neighbors.... :-)
We actually just had soil test completed and it came back a, "P Class", just to give you a heads up. However our builder has said that once you can get the compaction report, it will be downgraded in most cases to a, "H Class". We were supposed to have titles, originally back at the end of October, just to give you an idea... but now they have made a lot of progress and I heard that Stage 2 and some of Stage 3 will be ready for release late Feb or early March. Join the homeone.com.au forum and pm me if you like we can talk some more...
