I was notified today, from Mai at Villawood sales office, that titles will be released with in a week. Fantastic news for us, we are wrapped. Also informed that all the, dry (not waterfront), blocks in the first six stages have now been sold out.
They are however going to release a short amount of, wet (waterfront), blocks again in six weeks time.
We are ecstatic at present with the increasing value of our block of land, it is truly only now that the full understanding of getting into a new estate at the ground floor, Stage 1, is hitting home. It was a very nervous time back in May 07 purchasing land that, not only resembled, but was exactly a paddock with cows and horses.
Soon the nerves of building will start, hopefully... We will wait and see.... But is all looking good at present... y e a h u s......
